    What is Your Path? Wiccan
About Me Explaining me is like attempting to explain our reason for existing: there are many theories and opinions that abound, but no one set truth. Consequently, I am someone you simply must know to 'know', if you will.

That said, the obligatory cattle-call ..

I live with my two wonderful rescued cats in Toronto and strive to spend as much time on the road with concert-loving friends as I can. I take in as much of the music scene as I can; music is my lifeblood, and fuels my desire to live, love and feel every moment. To me, silence is a form of violence.

I was raised without religion; my family left it up to me to choose a path. I always had a loose set of personal beliefs without any name. When I was 16, a friend introduced me to Wicca, and my beliefs matched those of that path. I define myself as a solitary eclectic Wiccan.

I am bisexual and support gay marriage and rights, and will not be silenced when I see them threatened. I am compassionate and advocate for mental health care that heals, as opposed to merely overmedicating. I am sarcastic, bitchy and opinionated, and refuse to change for the status quo. I am Wiccan, and uncannily accurate with Tarot cards. I am pro-choice, which many pro-lifers consider pro-abortion; do not believe the lie. I am childfree and love it, and support crisis lines for children. I am who I am, and nothing more.

I hate seeing empty spaces.  This entry is meant to simply make the place look a little less empty.

I moderate a Pagan message board and would love for more users to join over there.  If you're not already a member, please take a look...

Sometimes I only skim parts ofprofiles, so when I got to your music section (something I always pay attention to), I see Tara Maclean, Tea Party, Tragically Hip...hmm, I'm thinking, I wonder....I scroll back up, and yep! Canadian! I went through a phase in the early/mid 90's where I was hella into the Canadian music scene, and those artists (along with Sarah McLachlan, Crash test Dummies, Blue Rodio, and Mae Moore) were always in rotation on my stereo. Now my musical horizions are on Europe, but I'll always dig that great scene north of the border.
